Step 1: Go to your email and find the “Invitation from Unknown Sender’ email (top of your inbox)

Step 2: click “Add to Calendar”

Step 3: click “Yes” to confirm Attendance

Sometimes Google calendar bugs out and will give you “I know the sender” option instead.

Sometimes It won’t give you any option, just select “yes” to confirm your appointment.
